About the Business Operations Team

The Business Operations and Strategy (“BizOps”) group works in small project teams to find solutions to business challenges selected by Executive Leadership. BizOps operates like an internal consulting group to define and drive strategic, operational and organizational improvements across the company. They work on the most critical products and initiatives. Typical BizOps projects might involve finding opportunities to grow user engagement, optimizing pricing and processes for company initiatives, or providing strategic analysis on large acquisitions and partnerships.
