Junior Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager is a crucial role within Bypass. From our moment Sales closes a deal through a clients successful implementation, you will work collaboratively with the sales, engineering, product, support, and customer success teams to ensure we deliver best in class services.


  • Proactive: Ability to fulfill all client needs daily. You will be the liaison for clients and will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Willingness to learn: The Junior Project Manager must have an expert working knowledge of all Bypass products. They must be able to learn quickly as our product offerings and services continue to evolve.

  • Organized: Have the ability to identify and define; project requirements, scope, and objectives to ensure the client is setup for a successful implementation.

  • Communication: Effectively deliver product and service knowledge to customers via email, phone, and scalable FAQ support documentation.

  • Data Driven: Must have the ability to effectively utilize data to make decisions. Continuously strive to implement feedback loops that deliver unique and proactive insights on key project focused metrics

  • Collaboration: Cross functional interaction is crucial in this role. You must be able to work with different individuals throughout the organization to ensure project success.

  • Customer Focused: Demonstrate the highest level of customer service. You settle for nothing less than exceptional.


  • Must love challenges and working in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment

  • 1+ Years of relevant work experience preferred

  • Proficient with Google G Suite Applications & Microsoft Office

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Internally motivated with advanced problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable interacting with hardware and software

  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies and implement creative solutions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Travel Expectations: 15%.
