Bypass builds a physical commerce platform that encompasses Point-of-Sale functionality plus a set of features and functions that streamline management, help restaurants accelerate their revenue growth, and deliver new and enticing guest experiences. At Bypass, we try to tackle big problems in the simplest way possible and deliver those solutions to some of the largest merchants in the world. In your role as Product Manager at Bypass, you will be principally tasked with working with your manager and the product & design team to write product requirements as well as executing against those requirements with engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally the help influence the product roadmap

  • Take pride and care in customer satisfaction with the product

  • Collaborate with design to write up requirements and acceptance criteria

  • Collaborate with Knowledge & Training team to make sure the product is documented and understood

  • Work with engineering and product owners to execute on building functionality

Requirements

  • Skilled at handling complex systems

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable in technical conversations

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Enjoy collaborative work

  • Some product management experience preferred

  • Some Software as a Service (SaaS) company experience preferred
