Vice President Sales —Team Specialist

Job Expectations

  • Work with the top sports teams and properties in the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, and NCAA
  • Partner with team executives to develop a commerce strategy that maximizes in-game revenues, current and future ticket sales, and improves the fan experience
  • Understand the team or property’s key business objectives and current sources of pain
  • Become a respected voice on commerce technology and understand the Bypass product
  • Grow our market share through customized account based messaging
  • Learn and execute our sales methodology
  • Develop a healthy pipeline of opportunities to consistently out-perform quota
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around revenue, management, and guest experience
  • Develop proposals and usher deals from initial contact to close
  • Document prospect interactions in Salesforce CRM
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
  • Collaborate with high profile sports and entertainment properties in fast paced work environment

  • Strong communication skills with experience selling to the C-suite
  • Previous experience selling software or cloud based services to mid-market sized customers
  • Proven success working with committees to secure contracts with significant annual recurring revenue
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding quota
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Experience in providing online and in person sales presentations to multiple levels of a buyer organization
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience selling software to enterprise customers
  • A willingness to learn and apply our data driven philosophy to solving complex customer challenges
  • The ability to articulate value and return on investment in the sales process
