Bypass is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help build out our marketing efforts. You’ll closely collaborate with the CEO and Director of Content Strategy, as well as sales and the rest of the organization in driving awareness and demand for Bypass. This role will help develop new prospects and take them down the buying path.
Bypass is an enterprise point-of-sale and management solution for restaurants, cafes, and food service management organizations. You’ll help get the message out around our vision—to bring the e-commerce experience to physical merchants.
Grow and enhance the demand generation strategy for Bypass including contact acquisition in relevant markets, lead nurturing, third-party sponsorships, and online campaigns.
Develop, optimize and maintain key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads (including the development of lead scoring, lead nurturing and channel distribution programs).
Collaborate with Director of Content Strategy to develop campaigns to capture and nurture leads.
Create content for email, social, landing pages and other channels.
Manage paid search, paid social and retargeting efforts.
Create and maintain metrics/reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Wear a few hats and occasionally swap them—we’re a growing team and the right person will help define their role.
Previous experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
Experience in Marketo, HubSpot, or other marketing automation & email solutions
Understanding of different levers and best practices in digital marketing
Proven experience delivering effective digital campaigns
Strong written communication skills
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
Proficiency (but not expertise) in the Adobe Creative Suite
