Sales Engineer

Summary

Works with the Bypass revenue team to educate customers, scope new projects and identify additional sales opportunities among clients already in the pipeline. The role includes highly technical and industry specific product deep dives and consultations with current prospects. Be the liaison between Sales and Product to ensure development requests are communicated properly and that Bypass and prospects are maximizing opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure current customers and new prospects are maximizing use of technology

  • Serve as the conduit and liaison between the Revenue Team and Product/Engineering

  • Responsible for lab and pilot initiatives with customers and new business opportunities

 

Position Details

  • Lead technical web presentations and on-site demonstrations of company products

  • Consult with clients to ensure device and module configuration optimizes client operation

  • Design, implement and manage pilots that drives customer acceptance

  • Participate in ongoing meetings with clients and channel partners that include new and up-and-coming technologies

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in POS Technologies

  • 4+ years experience in Leisure and Hospitality and/or Sports & Entertainment

  • Organized, process-oriented professional with desire to expand skills

  • Proactive, action-oriented individual seeking a demanding, fast paced environment
